In his career, Dan was an accomplished, hands-on leader in the financial/shareholder communications industry across several disciplines including operations, sales, customer service, quality improvement, learning/organization development and strategic management. He was recruited to direct an Office of Strategic Management, responsible for a portfolio of strategic change projects, which achieved an annualized "bottom-line" contribution of more than $65M.
Dan believes that business performance improvement is achieved and sustained, through a combination of interventions that align people with process, systems and technology.
