Join us for this workshop with Laura Wall Klieves, where she will provide techniques and tools to shift your mindset and strengthen communication and visual design across your organization. Based on Nancy Duarte’s award-winning books Resonate and Slide:ology, Laura will take us through a mini version of Duarte’s 8-hour workshop, VisualStory®, sharing insights around building the audience journey, refining the big idea, best practices for content creation, and techniques to apply design principles to slides.
This workshop is for anyone looking to effectively persuade others – be it with learners in the classroom, colleagues in a meeting, executive leadership, or with managers on a one-on-one basis. Come join us at 6:00 pm on October 10! As always, dinner will be provided.
Laura Wall Klieves is the VP of Duarte Academy. She has presented at numerous conferences including ATD national conference and chapter meetings, Training Magazine, EdTech, Forte Foundation, and Learning Forward, an international association for educational professionals. She also speaks at many F500 organizations. With over three decades of marketing and advertising experience, she’s won three Addy Awards. She has also won a Silver Horizon Interactive Award for her work on Duarte’s Persuasive Presentations e-course.
