Erinn is a passionate training and development strategist with over 20 years of experience in rapidly growing professional service organizations.  Known for her “scrappy” approach, Erinn specializes in building first-ever training departments from the ground up and scaling existing functions.  Her educational background includes BA in Psychology and an MBA with concentrations in HR and Marketing that she earned through Clark University’s 5-year program.  She is currently Showpad's Global Director of Education and Change Management Services. At Showpad manages a team that focuses on Customer and Partner Education. Erinn has volunteered with ATD Greater Boston Board since 2015.
